We’re in search of a passionate, experienced, and visionary Senior UI/UX Designer who can create user-friendly and intuitive designs that align with our customer needs. You should be an expert in using design software, have a keen eye for aesthetics, and a track record in translating user needs into interactive layouts across various digital platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:Lead and execute all visual design stages, from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Use a variety of metrics to validate and make improvements to user experiences.
Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma or similar tools.
Experience with HTML5 & CSS3, and understanding of basic front-end languages.
Ability to present designs and sell solutions to various stakeholders.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills.
