Job Responsibilities
Carry and Control project from start to finish by developing detailed design following architectural trends and advancements under supervision of senior officers.
Supervision of drafting staff in preparation of architectural working drawings.
Liaison with structural engineer and M.E.P. Engineer.
Develop ideas keeping in mind the requirements, building’s usage and environmental impact.
Cooperate and liaise with design and construction professionals.
Compile and check project specifications.
Take the design brief to identify the needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
Should be familiar with international and local building codes and prepare the design according to the building codes.
Maintain liaison with relevant professional staff within the organization.
Visiting the site regularly to ensure no breach for design/ specification criteria.
