We are looking for a skilled HR officer to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Prepare statistical reports, manage spreadsheets, Takes and transcribes dictation.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software
Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, warnings, LMS (leave Management System).
Assist in payroll management, preparation, and payment.
Assist in pay plan and benefits program for employees as per Karachi law.
Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes and Manage the recruitment and selection process
Prepare, manage paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information

Requirements:Proven 3-4 years working experience in same field.
In-depth knowledge of Karachi labor law and HR best practices.
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with humanr resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field.
