We’re seeking a seasoned Technical Manager with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the tech industry, a passion for all things digital, and a forward-thinking mindset. Primary Responsibilities:Oversee and lead the technical teams across various projects including apps, websites, online systems, and web apps.
Coordinate the conception, design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions.
Manage technical resources within budget and project schedule.
Establish and execute technical standards, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Assist with the incubation process of new tech companies, providing them technical guidance and leadership.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, deliver solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a tech leadership role.
Proven track record in managing and delivering large-scale IT projects.
Deep knowledge of the latest technologies, programming languages, and platforms used in app, website, and online system development.
Exceptional team management skills and ability to inspire and lead teams.
Fluent in English, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
