Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a seasoned Technical Manager with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the tech industry, a passion for all things digital, and a forward-thinking mindset. The perfect candidate should be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and uses their technical leadership skills to align teams, innovate, and drive projects to successful completion.
Primary Responsibilities:Oversee and lead the technical teams across various projects including apps, websites, online systems, and web apps.
Coordinate the conception, design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions.
Manage technical resources within budget and project schedule.
Establish and execute technical standards, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Assist with the incubation process of new tech companies, providing them technical guidance and leadership.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, deliver solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
